Support for Life’s Challenges

Care for emotional, social, and personal struggles.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for teens and adults who are navigating different stages of life, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive space that meets each person where they are, whether they are dealing with stress, transitions, or ongoing mental health concerns.

Adolescents / Teenagers – Support through school pressure, peer relationships, identity development, family dynamics, and emotional challenges that often come up during the teen years.
Young Adults – Guidance through early adulthood, including independence, relationships, school or career decisions, and managing emotional well-being during major life transitions.
Adults – Support for managing stress, emotional concerns, relationships, and navigating personal or life challenges at any stage of adulthood.
